Our highly trained technicians are a skilled, dedicated team
of individuals that perform routine maintenance and
emergency service when called upon. The technicians attend factory training
and in-house training on a regular basis to keep up with a rapidly changing
industry. They receive technical and customer service training procedures
to maintain their competency.
Each technician is EPA certified and is equipped with the latest electronic
diagnostic instruments. Technicians are equipped with a cell phone for
access to the office for support, the manufactures for support and the
customers.
Your heating and air conditioning equipment is a major
investment and the energy usage is a concern for everyone today. Regular
scheduled maintenance is recommended to keep your equipment operating
efficiently, reduce costly breakdowns and the inconvenience they can
cause. Please review the service agreement plans listed below and decide
which plan is best for you.
EMERGENCY SERVICE
When the technician arrives, he will charge a diagnostic fee to diagnose
the problem with no travel time charges. He will then quote the repair
before performing any additional work. Service repairs are guaranteed
one year for the parts and the labor.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Gold Service Agreement: Perform
a routine scheduled maintenance on your equipment.
Should your equipment need any additional repairs during the year, most
repairs are covered. This plan basically provides you
the required maintenance and provides peace of mind to keep your equipment
operating and enjoy the comfort it provides.
Maintenance Service Agreement: This
plan will provide a regular scheduled maintenance call for your equipment.
Should your equipment have any problems during the year, you will receive
a discount on those repairs.
