Our Skilled Technicians will change air filters, check refrigerant charge ( freon ), check all electrical voltages, amperage, and wiring integrity. All motors and bearings are lubricated, belts examined and adjusted or changed. Air conditioning coils are cleaned once before the cooling season and temperature readings taken to confirm proper operation. Drain pans are cleaned. Before the heating season, each heat exchanger is visually checked for cracks and is also tested with our carbon monoxide electronic measuring equipment. We then verify that all high temperature safety controls are adjusted and operating correctly. Before we leave the job we make sure the thermostat is calibrated and operating correctly. Each unit we work on has a separate checklist filled in with all pertinent information so that our office staff can answer any questions that should arise.
Many of our Commercial Service Agreement clients ask us to set up separate
filter changes only between normal Heating and Air Conditioning P.M.'s. This
little extra time keeps their equipment operating at peak efficiency and keeps
the tenants utility bills as low as possible!
