In their years of experience, Custom Air has found that customers prefer an accurate price based on their exact problem. Companies who offer phone quotes say they are subject to change once their Service Technician diagnoses the problem. Custom Air does NOT think that is fair to you. That is why Custom Air has a STRONG service procedure - they will diagnose your problem for a very small Diagnostic Fee. Then, Custom Air Service Technicians give the system a thorough inspection to make sure the problem has not affected other components of your system. Once the diagnostic analysis is performed, you will be shown exactly what the problem is, what the solution is, and how much it will cost. Then, and only then, do you authorize the work to be completed and Custom Air will waive the Diagnostic Fee.

What kind of guarantees do Custom Air offer?

Custom Air honors all manufacturer warrantees on equipment and in addition, offer full parts and labor warrantees on hi-efficient equipment for up to 12 years. Also, they take pride in their "No Quibble" guarantee--promising to fulfill and often exceed customer's expectations!

Are you insured?

Custom Air carries comprehensive insurance coverage on all workers, vehicles and equipment plus liability coverage for work done in your home or business. A certificate of insurance can be issued to you before work is done, if you so desire. In fact, it is highly recommend that you do!

What are the Hours of Operation?


Custom Air is open for answering questions and booking appointments Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 6:30pm. Phones are always answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Emergency calls are dispatched to Service Technicians standing by when offices are closed.

What is your Overtime Rate?


Custom Air does NOT have an overtime rate. Their rates are based on the JOB, not by the hour!

How dose Custom Air charge compared to other heating and air conditioning companies?


You'll find that Custom Air is usually neither the least nor the most expensive in a market. Custom Air encourages you not to be a victim of price. You, your family and the comfort you deserve in your home or business is NOT TO BE NEGOTIATED OR MINIMIZED. Custom Air Service Technicians (for service and repair) and our Sales Personnel (for replacing old, tired, energy-guzzling systems) are some of the best in the industry. They will thoroughly diagnose your "comfort system" and recommend what is needed to maximize your comfort.

How much is a service call?


Custom Air does not have a Service Call Fee or any other hidden fees. They do have a Diagnostic Fee, however. This fee is charged to you for a full diagnostic analysis of your system. They tell you UP FRONT what the Diagnostic Fee is and then will waive that fee if you choose to have them do the work to repair your system. Custom Air Service Technicians will always show you what is wrong and what it will take to complete the job. Then, you make the choice.

If you are a preferred customer in one of Custom Air's Protection Plans, there is no Diagnostic Fee. You can become a preferred customer by calling an Custom Air and asking about Our Protection Plans. They will help you enroll.

How often do you recommend we have our air conditioner and furnace serviced?


Custom Air recommends that you have routine preventative maintenance performed a minimum of twice a year for your heating and cooling systems. Custom Air offer our Total Comfort Tune-Up. The tune-up covers all of the necessary maintenance that is required by manufacturers to keep your warranty current and in good standing. Plus, our plans also free you from having to remember to call us. We'll remind you when it is time for your seasonal maintenance.
